MEDIA AS A LIFESTYLE -Rev., Fr. Christian Buenafe

Media is very essential in our day to day living. Advancement of technology helps a lot in the world of media especially in distributing or in giving information to the mass. people nowadays cannot live without T.V or radio because it is a main tool to heared news and so media become a lifestyle of every manknd.

Internet plays a huge role in the world of media. It is a channel which media uses to inform the mass. Internet is a global network connecting millions of computers. More than 100 countries are linked into exchanges of data, news and opinions. Internet is the easiest and fastest way to deliver a data or information.

Internet become a tool in media because of its capacity to send or transfer data as fast as it can.The Internet has a potential to become a tremendously important tool for communication, information and in the longer perspective, a new tool for participation in a democratic process. A tool that, like no other medium, can be utilised to receive and publish information by anyone, at any time for whatever purpose. This endemic quality of Internet makes it possible for the users to bypass all traditional and official channels for information and communication. This is particularly relevant in a context where freedom of expression is limited and tolerance to opposition and is low.

We are living in the modern age and in the business world it is a must that they are updated of the technologies because of the presence of competition. The power of technology which has been the easiest tool of advertisement has allow everyone like you and me the power to be involved in helping take back our country! Business transaction can be done right from the comfort of your home. It’s just that easy to get involved today.

HAPAG NG PAG-ASA

Hapag ng Pag-asa was one of the best painting ever painted for me, it shows the different scenario of different individual while taking their journey-LIFE.

We all know that Philippines is part of the third world country; hence poverty is present. Each children has a different story of strugle and hardship. The story that distruct me most is the story of Nene who live through cleaning the "nitsyo" of the people who passed away. Nene is just one of the million Filipino who take the risk just to feed their hunger stomach and in orderto survive. The story of the twelve children are repsentation of almost fifty percent of the Philippines populationwho were in the same truck.

One of the evidence that the economy is booming is through the establishment of businesses. In the metro's of our country lies the tall building and factories and also in this places has a graet number of homeless individual or "taong-grasa.

In the business world centavo matters a lot because it can gain millions and the existence of those kind of individual can affect the market because they are part of the macroeconomics. If the income is less of course it constitute lower purchasing power.

The short movie convey a message of reality. The story of the twelve children are just mere representation of the crisis we felt. Joey Velasco painted the "HAPAG ng PAG-ASA" because he wanted to open the eyes of the government as well as the people that there are those kind of individual in ther countryside who needs care and protection.

"IT IS NOT WHAT HE HAS, or EVEN WHAT HE DOES, WHICH EXPRESSES OF MAN BUT WHAT HE IS".
